Jefferson Hosts Crosstown Rival Crystal City on the Diamond on KJFF

(FESTUS) The (1-7) Crystal City baseball team looks to turn its season around with a visit to the (6-5) Jefferson Blue Jays today on KJFF.

The Hornets head coach is Ricardo Pastrana and his best player so far this year is senior shortstop and pitcher Chris Eisenbeis. Coach Pastrana also has freshman right-hander Hunter Bassin, who will start for Crystal City.

 
The Blue Jays head coach is Robert Kuehnle and he says he won’t let the Crystal City record change the team’s approach to the game.
