Jefferson finally got on the scoreboard in the 4th.

Jefferson coach Alex Rouggly says in a high-level game like this you can’t afford to give the opposition opportunities.

Jefferson had already made school history by advancing all the way to the semis.

Coach Rouggly says they won’t let the final game define their season.

In fact, he sees only positives moving forward.

Jefferson ends the year at 9-3.

11-1 Lamar advances to the Class 2 title game on Friday where they will play St. Pius the tenth out of Kansas City.
