JFCAC provides help for the summer heat

(Hillsboro) The Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation has a few programs to help residents during the summer heat. Loetta Blair is the Community Services Coordinator with the JFCAC. She says there is help for those having trouble paying their energy bills.

Blair says can also help those that are in need of air conditioning.
