Joan Ann Keppler of Festus, passed away Friday (2/25), she was 83 years old.

Visitation for Joan Keppler will be Thursday (3/3) afternoon from 4 until the time of funeral service at 7:30 at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Burial at a later date in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
