JoAnn Welch of Fredericktown died Sunday at the age of 66.
The funeral service will be Friday afternoon at 1:30 at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown. Burial will be at the Kelley Cemetery in Annapolis.
Visitation for JoAnn Welch will be Thursday evening from 6 until 8 at the Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.
