Job Future's In Madison County

(Fredericktown) Employment opportunities are expected to take off soon in the city of Fredericktown and Madison County. Regional Radio got a chance to speak to Fredericktown’s first-year Mayor Travis Parker. He likes what he’s hearing when it comes to jobs.

Mayor Parker says there’s a chance even more employment opportunities could be coming to Fredericktown and Madison County.

Mayor Parker says the latest census numbers show the city of Fredericktown grew by about 500 residents in the last decade. He says it’s a steady growth and it’s not so big and quick that the town can’t keep up with the new residents who have moved to town.
