Kachelries, Rasas, Wooten make all-conference, all-region for MAC men

3 members of the Mineral Area College men’s basketball team have received postseason honors. David Kachelries and Yahuza Rasas were named first team all-conference and all-region today, and Steve Wooten was named was second team all-conference and all-region. Kachelries, Rasas and Wooten were the three leading scorers for the Cardinals this season. MAC finished 24-9 before having their season end with a loss to Moberly in the Region 16 tournament semifinals.
