Karli Elizabeth Payne of Festus passed away July 4th, she was 13 years old. She was a student at Our Lady Catholic School in Festus.

The funeral service will be Thursday (7/14) morning at 11 at Our Lady Catholic Church in Festus.

Visitation for Karli Payne will be Wednesday (7/13) afternoon from 3 until 8 at the Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
