Kimmswick river port moving forward

(Hillsboro) Progress continues the Kimmswick port which will be utilized for the community for riverboats and visitors. Derrick Good is the President of the Jefferson County Port Authority. He says the new dock was recently completed which is a big step forward.

Good says they also plan to add several more features in the future.

Although plans have been stalled for some time due to a few reasons, Kimmswick will eventually become the home port for the Delta Queen riverboat in the future.
