Kingston Archery Gets $9,800 Grant from the NRA
(CADET) The state sport of Missouri is ever popular in the Kingston School District. Kingston’s archery team has been growing since it’s foundation five years ago, and a new grant from the NRA will help the team cover the costs of new equipment. Eileen Applegate is Kingston’s archery coach. She shares what the $9,800 grant will go towards.

Applegate says some of the equipment has already arrived.

Kingston’s archery program is very popular, and Applegate says the middle school ages have seen an uptick in new archers.

The Kingston archery program is offered at no cost to the students.
