Kingston Edges Lesterville at MAC Rotary Shootout

(PARK HILLS) – The Kingston Cougars boys basketball team defeated the Lesterville Bearcats 57-55 at the 59th annual MAC Rotary Shootout Saturday morning on AM 800 KREI. Kingston trailed the first half, but took the lead at the end of the third with a buzzer-beater three from Eli Hongsermeier-Baxter, and a foul as well.
Kingston’s Cole Ragan led his team in scoring with 19 points. Kingston head coach Paul Hamilton says he’s proud of his team.
The Kingston Cougars are now 2-4, while the Lesterville Bearcats fall to 6-2.
