Kingston’s Noah Estes, First Cougar Runner to Win All-State, Earns Dream Team Nod

(Cadet) Kingston cross country runner Noah Estes sped his way onto the Regional Radio Dream Team with a successful junior campaign. Estes finished 13th at the Class 2 Sate Cross Country Meet becoming the first Cougar runner to earn All-State honors. He says making the Dream Team is an incredible experience and he put a lot of work into making it possible.

Estes added a personal record this year running 16:46 at the Steelville Meet. He says he had a game plan and it was working for the first part of the race, then it took at turn for the worse.

That grit and determination is a big reason why area coaches selected Noah to the Dream Team. He also has teammates that push him to be the best he can be.

The junior runner has faced difficulties this season as many athletes have. He says he had an incredible support system that helped him through it.

Noah is the first Kingston Cougar to earn All-State honors finishing 13th at the Class 2 State Meet. He expects to train hard this off-season and do even better next year.
