Labadie Man Injured in Auto Accident in Jefferson County

(St. Louis, Mo.) A man from Labadie was taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis after being involved in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday evening in Jefferson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident took place northbound on Highway 21, at Highway 110, when a GMC Yukon driven by 34-year-old Katherine Coleman of Potosi attempted to turn left onto southbound Highway 21 from Highway 110 and had the front left side of her vehicle struck by a Saturn Ion driven by 41-year-old Shawn Acker of Labadie that was traveling northbound.
Coleman did not sustain injuries but Acker sustained moderate injuries in the crash.
