Latest Sales Tax Numbers Surprising for City of Park Hills

(Park Hills) Sales tax revenue was discussed during this week’s Park Hills City Council meeting.

City Administrator Mark McFarland says the numbers are surprising considering the disruption this year because of the pandemic.

Also at the meeting, the Park Hills City Council approved a neighborhood block party to be held on Kelly Street.

In other news from this week’s Park Hills City Council meeting, the purchase of a half-ton pickup truck from Turner Chevrolet was approved for the utility department.

Also, Jayne Clark was appointed to the Park Hills Public Library Board of Trustees.
