Leadwood Boy Injured in St. Francois County Crash

(Park Hills) A 14-year-old from Leadwood was injured Friday evening in a two vehicle accident in St. Francois County.
The Highway Patrol says the accident took place on Highway 8 at ‘P’ Highway when a Hyundai Accent on ‘P’ pulled out in front of a Ford pickup on 8, striking the truck driven by 62-year-old Richard Ikemeier of Fredericktown.
Receiving moderate injuries was a 14-year-old passenger in the Hyundai. He was taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington.
