Lesley Wayne Smith of Farmington died Wednesday at the age of 88.
The funeral service will be Tuesday afternoon at 1 at the Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington. Burial will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington.
Visitation for Lesley Smith will be Tuesday from 10 until 1 at the Cozean Memorial Chapel in Farmington.
