Leslie Denise Stephan, 70, of Farmington, Missouri, passed away, Saturday, June 22, 2024 in Farmington, Missouri, surrounded by her family. She was born March 10, 1954 in Saint Louis, Missouri, daughter of Leslie “Steve” and Dorothy (Reichenbacher) Stephens.

Leslie worked as a CNA for Crystal Oaks for many years. She enjoyed doing crafts, diamond paintings, and working with epoxy. She was a member of Christian Motorcycle Association.

She is survived by her children, Richard (Angela) Roy of High Ridge, Missouri, Mark (Lisa) Martin of Rockport, Texas, Patrick (Brandi) McCartney of House Springs, Missouri, Shawn McCartney of House Springs, Missouri, and Stephenie Roy of St. Louis, Missouri, her twelve grandchildren, Tabitha, Lauren, Bobby, Aleah, Breanna, Gavin, Gage, Maximus, Jazmyn, Alessia, Shawn, Jr., and Grace, her great-grandchildren, Skylar, dear friends, Beula “Jean” (Mark) McCartney of DeSoto, Missouri, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Leslie was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy J. Stephan, her father, Leslie “Steve” Stephens, her mother, Dorothy Stephens, and her three brothers, Dennis Lee (Bobbie) Stephens, William Frances (Judy) Stephens, Gary Lynn (Cheryl) Stephens.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Mahn Funeral Home of DeSoto, Missouri.
