Linebacker Luke Pisoni Sets Single-Season Tackle Record at Fox, Lands on Regional Radio Dream Team

(Arnold, Mo.) Not only was it a record-breaking season for Luke Pisoni of the Fox Warriors football team, he also garnered enough recognition from area coaches to land a spot on the Regional Radio Dream Team.

As a junior this year, Pisoni racked up 122 tackles which is the new single-season school record at Fox High School.

He says the Dream Team nod is a great honor that motivates him for next season.

In what was just his first full season playing linebacker at the varsity level, Pisoni had tremendous success and says he learned a lot from head coach Brent Tinker.

With another season still to go with the Fox football team, Pisoni has his sights set on breaking the tackle record again and continuing to improve game-in and game-out.

Pisoni finished the 2019 season with a Fox record 122 tackles, one sack, two tackles for loss, one fumble recovery, and was named 1st Team All-Conference in addition to being named the Suburban West Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
