Logan Schuchart Looking to Win the Ironman 55 This Weekend at Pevely Raceway

(Pevely) Race fans will be flocking to Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely this weekend.

It’s two big races in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series Friday night and Saturday night.

Logan Schuchart sits at 2nd in the points race.

He’s won five feature races, 7 heat races and leads the World of Outlaw racers in laps led for the entire season.

He says the Ironman 55 is the big one on Saturday night.

We asked Schuchart who will give him the biggest competition this weekend.

Fiday night is the prelude race before the Ironman 55 with a 35-lap $8,000 feature race with qualifying.

Grandstand gates open at 5 Friday evening.

Then tomorrow Saturday night, it’s a new round of qualifying races with the Ironman 55 wrapping up the night.

The winner will bring home $20,000.

Grandstand gates open at 4 tomorrow Saturday afternoon at the I-55 Raceway in Pevely.
