MAC Board Meets In Park Hills

(Park Hills) The band room at Mineral Area College has a new name. That was announced at Thursdays MAC Board of Trustees meeting. College President Doctor Joe Gilgour says it’s now named after a very deserving individual.

Also at Thursday’s MAC board meeting, a contract was awarded to ATG for a new softball field. They’re the same company that put in the soccer field. Abids on insurance were tabled. It was also noted that both enrollment and credit hours at the college are up by five percent over last year.
