MAC Men Finish Home Schedule Undefeated

(Park Hills) The Mineral College men’s basketball team finished the home portion of their schedule undefeated with a 73-48 victory over West Plains. The Grizzlies stayed close over the first 20 minutes as MAC led 27-23 at the half. The Cardinals came out in the second half with suffocating defense and held West Plains to six points over the first 12 minutes. The Cardinals went on a 29-6 run….

MAC built the lead to 29 with six minutes remaining.

J.P. Robinson led MAC in scoring with 14 points.

West Plains entered the game as the second leading three point shooting team in the country at 48%. The Cardinals held them to 7/24 at 29%

The Cardinals improve to 19-0 with one game left in the regular season. MAC will travel to West Plains to play the same Grizzly team tomorrow night. West Plains falls to 13-6. We be on the air with the Fliegs Equipment Pregame Show at 6:45 on J-98.
