(HARRISBURG, Ill.) – The men’s Cardinals made it a 2-0 day for Mineral Area College hoops as they trounced Southeastern Illinois College 90-57 on the road Saturday. MAC used some full court pressure to force turnovers and created lots of fast break chances. Angelo Stuart paced the Cardinals for the second straight game with 23 points.

MAC assistant coach Tim Walsh says the offense has been clicking because of the team’s energy.

The MAC men improve to 4-0 with the victory and will travel again for their next game, as they visit Southwestern Illinois. The game will be heard on KREI.
