MAC Men’s Cross Goes for National Title

(Westfield, MA) The Mineral Area College men’s cross country team, in only its second year of existence, has been ranked number in the nation at the NJCAA Division Three level and will compete on Saturday at the national championship meet in Westfield, Massachusetts. The runners who will be competing for the Cardinals are Wyatt Elliot from East Carter, Jacob Arnold of Herculaneum, Donovan Denslow from Clopton, Sam Toppins of Fredericktown, Dylan Cisne from Poplar Bluff, Alex Ahrens from Windsor, and Bryce Mings from Ava. A couple of MAC women will also run as individuals; Hailey Cortez from St. Paul Lutheran High School of Farmington and Nani Brewington from East Carter.
