MAC Offering Scholarships To Veterans

(Park Hills) Mineral Area College in Park Hills has received over 90 thousand dollars in funding from the United States Department of Transportation to provide scholarships to the truck driver training program on campus. Pam Watkins is the continuing education director at the college. She says this is geared toward helping military personnel.

The funding provides full scholarships of $4,695 to students in the truck driver training program at MAC through September 2020. There are a limited number of scholarships available. To find out more information, you can call Watkins at the college.
