MAC volleyball wins both matches at Blazer Classic

The Mineral Area College Cardinals are on a roll to start the new season, adding to an undefeated start with a pair of straight-set victores at the Blazer Classic in Vincennes, Indiana Saturday.
MAC swept Wabash 25-14, 25-9 and 25-11 before doing the same to the host Vincennes by a final of 25-20, 25-19 and 25-13.
Cardinals head coach Tim Copeland says it’s a great thing to see his team playing so well early in the year, but there’s still work to be done.
MAC improves to 7-0. The number-12-ranked team in the country hits the court again when the Cardinals travel to Jefferson College and face the Vikings Wednesday evening.
