MAC women lose to Moberly 73-63

The Mineral Area College women fell to Moberly 73-63 in their final home ballgame of the season. Moberly took an early seven point lead, but MAC ended the first quarter on an 11-4 run to tie it at 15. The Cardinals went on top by four in the second quarter. The Greyhounds pumped in a three at the second quarter buzzer to take the lead and they never gave it back. Keanna Williams scored a career high 20 in the loss…..

MAC falls to 16-8 and 3-3 in region 16 play. Moberly improves to 19-4 and 5-1 in the region. The Cardinals next play at Crowder Saturday.
