Madison County Man Who Leads State Association Board Unveils Endorsement for Governor in 2024

(Fredericktown) It’s over two years away before Missouri chooses who their next governor will be, but an early candidate has received a nice endorsement from a state organization that is important to many in southeast Missouri.

Paul Gaines of Madison County is the president of the Missouri Forest Products Association.

He tells us who made a stop in Fredericktown Wednesday afternoon to accept the forest associations’ prized endorsement.

Gaines tells us about what some of the things the Missouri Forest Products Association does and the businesses the association represents.

Southeast Missouri is well represented on the Missouri Forest Products Association board of directors.

Besides Board President Gaines from Madison County, the vice president is Mike Naeger from Ste. Genevieve County and Jennifer Blum of St. Francois County has the title of Past President on the board.

Other local members on the state forest products board of directors are Dmitri Thompson of Madison County, John Evans from Crawford County, Jason Green from Dent County and Shannon Jarvis of Washington County.
