Man & Woman From Boss Violate Bond Terms and are Arrested in Dent County
(Boss) Two individuals from Boss were arrested Wednesday afternoon in Dent County for breaking the terms of their bonds.
The arrest report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says 40-year-old Michael B. Stewart and 28-year-old Emma Poling are both being held in the Dent County Jail in Salem with no bond.
The two had been arrested back in July and were charged with the same three felonies…two counts of first degree endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk and possession of a controlled substance.
Stewart and Poling had been free while awaiting their time in court after posting 25-thousand dollar bonds.
The breach in their bond agreements, according to casenet.com, is the court had reasonable belief the two violated their bond conditions by having contact with each other.
One of the stipulations when they were bonded out of jail was to not have contact with each other.
Stewart and Poling are scheduled to have their preliminary hearings at the courthouse in Salem next Wednesday.
