Mask Requirements at Farmington R-7 School District

(Farmington) The Farmington R-7 School District implemented mask requirements for their schools this week. Superintendent Matt Ruble explains that these mask requirements are not the same as a mask mandate.

While Ruble knows that wearing masks is not ideal, he says that they are the best way to prevent the spread of COVID-19; based on the recent numbers in the Farmington School District.

Ruble says numbers are improving, but quarantines and positive cases cannot continue to rise. He adds that it is the responsibility of the administration to keep kids in school.
