MDC to Host Prescribed Burn Workshop in Jefferson County

(Hillsboro) The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) will host a Prescribed Burn Workshop in Jefferson County on Saturday, March 14th at the MU Extension Center in Hillsboro.
The workshop will start at 8 that morning and end at noon. John Winkelman is the host of the Scenic View on KJFF. He says this is a great chance to learn more about prescribed burning and how landowners can manage undergrowth on their property.
The workshop is free; however, registration is required.
