Meals for Bismarck Student
REMINDER: MAKE SURE TO SIGN UP FOR THE DISTRICT MEAL SERVICE DURING THE CLOSURE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS.
The school district will provide meals to students during the school closure starting March 18, 2020. These meals will be delivered daily to three pick-up locations as follows:
Location #1 (10:30 am) – Lake Hannah Entrance Gate (15 minutes)
Location #2 (11:00 am) – Roy’s Convenience Store at IML Entrance (15 minutes)
Location #3 (11:30 am) – Bismarck First Baptist Church Parking Lot (15 minutes)
Someone must be present to receive the meals. Meals will consist of two bags: (1) sack lunch, and (1) bag of non-perishable items for breakfast the next day. Portions may need to be refrigerated upon delivery. Please use the following instructions for signing up for this service:
1. Parents of elementary students – Call the elementary office tomorrow (3/17/20) between the hours of 8am-3pm to let officials know (1) how many EL students you have, and (2) which of the 3 pick-up locations you would prefer.
2. Parents of JH/HS students – Call the high school office tomorrow (3/17/20) between the hours of 8am-3pm to let officials know (1) how many JH/HS students you have, and (2) which of the 3 pick-up locations you would prefer.
