Mercy Hospital Jefferson Seeing Increase in COVID-19 Cases at the Hospital

(Festus/Crystal City) Personnel at Mercy Hospital Jefferson remain busy with treating patients who have tested positive of COVID-19 and are seeking medical care.

Alisyn Beffa is the Chief Nursing Officer for Mercy Jefferson. We asked her what she is seeing at the hospital in regards to COVID-19 numbers.

The hospital is also taking the necessary safety precautions for all hospital visitors.

According to Beffa there are some exceptions with the one visitor per patient rule.
