Mercy Jefferson Earns A grade from The Leapfrog Group

(Festus/Crystal City) Twice each year, the independent Leapfrog group releases its patient safety grades for hospitals, and once again, Mercy Hospital Jefferson has earned an A hospital safety grade.

Alisyn Beffa is the Chief Nursing officer at Mercy Jefferson. She explains why this Leapfrog grade us such a big deal.

The A grade from The Leapfrog Group is in addition to other recent recognition’s of safety and quality at Mercy Jefferson, including a 4 star rating by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
