Mercy Jefferson receives another Leapfrog “A” Grade for patient safety

(Festus, Crystal City) Mercy Hospital Jefferson has once again received another A grade from the Leapfrog Group for patient safety. Alisyn Beffa is the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Mercy Jefferson. She says Leapfrog grades hospitals on several different things.
Beffa says the hospital takes several actions to achieve a grade such as this.
This is the 5th year in a row Mercy Jefferson has received the A Grade from the Leapfrog Group. Mercy Jefferson has also earned this distinction for the 12th time in the last 13 grading periods.
