Michael Steven Ybarra of Festus passed away on January 1st, he was 64 years old.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 22nd from 11 AM until 1 PM at “The Den” in Hillsboro. Arrangements are under the direction of the Robert D. Brown funeral home in Hillsboro.
