Missing Jefferson County Senior Found Safe In Central Missouri

(HILLSBORO) The Endangered Silver Advisory for 75 year old Rowena Touchette of Imperial, who went missing Tuesday afternoon has been canceled. Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Spokesman Grant Bissell says she was found safe in central Missouri.
The report stated that she left her home around noon on Tuesday to go to the bank and grocery store and never returned home. She was seen via traffic cameras traveling on Interstate 70 in a blue Toyota RAV 4. In addition, a financial transaction with her bank card occurred at 9:25 Tuesday night in Baldwin City, Kansas. Again, she was found safe in Cooper County.
