Missouri Amendment 2 on the August 4 Primary Election Ballot

(Jefferson County) Voters going to the polls for the August 4th Primary Election will see Missouri Amendment 2 on the ballot.

Megan Drissell is the Community Health and Access Manager at Mercy Hospital Jefferson. She explains what Amendment 2 is.

We asked Drissell how will Amendment 2 benefit the local community if it passes.

According to Drissell, if Amendment 2 does not pass, there will be no change to the state’s constitution, and there will be no changes to the state’s Medicaid program.

Voters will see Missouri Amendment 2 on the ballot for the August 4th Primary Election.
