Missouri Representative Chris Dinkins Trying To Stop Texting And Driving In School Zones

Today was the first day of the 2020 Missouri Legislative session.

Chris Dinkins is the Representative for the state’s 144th district and has filed a bill aimed at stopping texting and driving in school zones.

Dinkins says if texting and driving is going to be allowed statewide for people over 21 years old, the least they could do is limit such activity near schools.

And Dinkins isn’t the only one working on this issue.

The 144th District that Dinkins represents includes parts of Washington, Wayne, Reynolds, and Iron Counties.
