Chris Dinkins is the Representative for the state’s 144th district and has filed a bill aimed at stopping texting and driving in school zones.

And Dinkins isn’t the only one working on this issue.

The 144th District that Dinkins represents includes parts of Washington, Wayne, Reynolds, and Iron Counties.
