The Governor of Missouri, Mike Parson, gave his State of the State Address Wednesday afternoon. He touched on topics such as a growing workforce, drop in unemployment rates, better infrastructure and the crackdown on criminals among other things.

Governor Parson says he sees the increasing rates of violent crime across Missouri and says the state must come together and take action.

He also says that the infrastructure in Missouri continues to get better with some surprising returns.

Governor Parson says there is still much more to do, but he is pleased with the direction the State of Missouri is headed.

The State of the State was broadcast live on AM 800 KREI.
