(Farmington) The state of Missouri has now approved medical marijuana patients, growers, laboratories and dispensaries.
Officials say a backlog has kept product from arriving at stores.
Owners expect that to change any day. Missouri-grown marijuana is being tested by state-licensed labs now.
The first sales in the state could begin as soon as this week.
