(St. Louis) Troopers with the Missouri State Highway Patrol are increasing their patrols in St. Louis City in an effort to fight off more crime.

Missouri Governor Mike parson initially laid out the plan for additional state support to an area that has seen an increase in violent crime.

in addition Corporal Wheetley says road troopers will be running a “wolfpack” operation.

Two investigators will also be made available to the US Attorney’s Office to help with efforts to prosecute more drug and gun related cases.
According to Governor Parson, the problems of violent crimes has been visible for decades and they cannot be quickly solved.
