Missourian Develops the AgButler App for Farmers & Job Seekers

(Farmington) Farmers needing more hands on deck to complete their harvest, along with job seekers looking for extra cash, now have an app to help connect the two.

The AgButler is now officially operational.

It was developed by Laclede County Missouri rancher Kevin Johansen.

He tells Regional Radio the app is easy to use.

Johansen says farm job seekers can submit references in advance and receive feedback from the employers who hire them through the app.

Kevin Johansen was a semifinalist in the 2020 Farm Bureau Ag Innovation Challenge.

Details about the AgButler app can be found at agbutlerapp.org.
