Missouri’s Buckle Up – Phone Down Campaign going Strong

(Missouri) Seat belt usage in Missouri has risen to an all-time high according to the latest Missouri Seat Belt Usage Survey.
Survey results, which have been taken annually since 1998 were released during a news conference at the University of Missouri.
MoDOT Area Engineer Stephen O’Connor has those results.
