Mizzou Gun Ban is OK

(Columbia) A University of Missouri law professor has lost a gun case against the school.

Royce Barondes tried to argue that the Columbia campus’s gun ban started in 2016 violates his constitutional right to bear arms.

But a Boone County judge disagreed, saying the ban is constitutional because it’s narrowly tailored to achieve compelling interests.
