Mizzou Picks Up Much Needed Win Over Eastern Illinois, 72-44 On KREI And KJFF

(Columbia) The Missouri men’s basketball team scored a 72-44 win over Eastern Illinois Tuesday night.
It was a much needed victory as the tigers dropped three of the previous four games.
Four Tiger players scored in double figures with junior Amari Davis leading the way with 15 points and 6 rebounds in 31 minutes. Junior Kobe Brown recorded a double-double of 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Head coach Cuonzo Martin was happy to get the win.
The Tigers improve to 5-4 on the season. Up next is a trip to Allen Fieldhouse to play the #8 Kansas Jayhawks Saturday night.
