MODOT Out in Full Force Treating & Clearing Highways

(Farmington) Missouri Transportation Department crews will be out in full force today to battle road conditions from this winter storm system.

Todd Miller with MODOT says plow drivers will be working hard across the state today.

However, Miller says that doesn’t mean each state-maintained highway will be ice free.

Miller says the weather event will be challenging for road crews and advises drivers to travel very carefully, or better yet, stay home.
