MoDOT Upcoming Projects in 2021

(Jefferson County) Despite a lot of business being slowed down or halted altogether in 2020 due to the coronavirus, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) was still able to complete all of its road construction projects planned for the year.

MoDOT area Engineer Stephen O’Connor says that plan will not change in 2021. He runs down a few road construction projects on tap this year.

Some of the projects are expected to go out on bid to contractors within the next few weeks while other projects will not have bids go out until early spring.

O’Connor adds all projects listed are expected to be completed by the end of the summer, if not by the end of the year.
