Moses Austin Fest in Potosi gets New Location with Fun Starting Thursday Evening

(Potosi) There’s going to be tons of fun this weekend in Potosi.

It’s the Moses Austin Festival with a new location this year.

Chris Richards is the editor and owner of the Independent Journal and a member of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

He says the fun actually begins Thursday evening and that will be the day you will want to bring the kids.

Richards gives us details about what’s happening Friday evening and he tells us about a new event that will get Saturday’s festivities going.

Saturday will be a full day of fun at the Moses Austin Festival at the Potosi fairgrounds.

Local musicians will be providing live music Friday evening and all day Saturday until the festival wraps up that night.
