Movement in Case Where Three From Bollinger County Charged In Relation to Murder of Illinois Woman

(Marble Hill) There’s been some court movement in Bollinger County for three individuals charged in relation to the October 2021 murder of 21-year-old Brianna Roberts of Illinois.

Roberts had been reported missing by family members in mid-October.

Police found Roberts remains on property in Bollinger County.

Investigators believe she was assaulted and killed by Kaitlyn Morgan and Eric Nanney, both of Glen Allen who are now charged with first degree murder.

They became suspects when it was found out those two were the last individuals to have had contact with Roberts.

Eric Nanney just received a new judge in his murder case.

Judge Frank Miller will begin presiding over Nanney’s case on February 8th when he gets his preliminary hearing.

Judge Scott Lipke will begin hearing Morgan’s case on January 20th when she will be arraigned.

Also, Eric Nanney’s father, Ricky Nanney, has been charged with three counts of tampering with physical evidence.

He will also be arraigned on January 20th at the courthouse in Marble Hill.
