Multiple Fire Agencies Respond to Sunday Morning 2-Alarm Fire in House Springs

(House Springs) Multiple fire agencies responded to the 5600 block of Bear Creed Road near House Springs on Sunday morning in reference to a 2-alarm residential fire.
Firefighters were alerted of the fire just before 9:15 Sunday morning. High Ridge Fire Protection District Engineer, John Barton, describes the scene upon fire crews arrival.
Barton adds there were occupants inside the home at the time of the fire.
The occupants were treated on scene by North Jefferson County Ambulance District personnel.
The Red Cross was requested to assist the displaced residents.
The cause of the fire is ruled undetermined, but not suspicious.
